1. About the Service

Audivolt is a Google Sheets add-on that uses AI to analyze, transform, and understand spreadsheet data. To provide this functionality, the service sends information to third-party large language model (LLM) providers via API.

2. Eligibility

To use Audivolt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Agree to these Terms of Service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Audivolt to:

• Process data for illegal purposes
• Share spreadsheet data you do not have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content

4. Data Handling

Audivolt sends selected spreadsheet data to third-party large language model (LLM) providers via API in order to process your requests. By using the service, you consent to this data transfer. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Audivolt does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any results before acting on them. Do not rely on Audivolt output for critical decisions without independent verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audivolt disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or loss of profits.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
