This Privacy Policy describes how Audivolt collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Google Sheets add-on.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Audivolt, we may collect:

• Spreadsheet data from cells or ranges you select or specify
• Your Google account email address, used for authentication
• Basic usage patterns to improve the service

We do not store your Google credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your spreadsheet data is forwarded to AI providers via OpenRouter solely to process your requests. It is not used to train AI models and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Audivolt relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Workspace APIs — to integrate with Google Sheets
• OpenRouter — routes requests to AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others
• Cloudflare — hosting and security infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them for a complete picture of how your data flows.

4. Data Retention

Spreadsheet data is not permanently retained by Audivolt. Temporary operational logs may be kept for up to approximately 30 days before deletion.

5. Security

We protect your data using:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• OAuth 2.0 for authentication with Google

6. Your Rights

You can control your data in the following ways:

• Revoke Audivolt's access at any time through your Google Account settings under "Third-party apps & services"
• Uninstall the add-on from Google Sheets at any time
• Request information about data associated with your account
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us through the Support page

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
